The Procurement Team is committed to providing high-quality raw materials for production. They have established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with numerous suppliers, and strictly screen suppliers in terms of qualifications and product quality. During the procurement process, the Procurement Team will timely purchase the required raw materials according to the production plan and customer needs to ensure the smooth progress of production. At the same time, they will negotiate reasonable prices with suppliers to reduce procurement costs, thereby providing customers with more cost-effective products. When customers needed special leather for customized high-end gift boxes, the Procurement Team went to many places to find qualified suppliers, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production.

The Production Team is the direct guardian of product quality. They treat every process in the workshop with rigor, and strictly implement the standards confirmed by customers from the assembly of components to the overall forming. Whether it is mass production of conventional products or small-batch production of customized products, they always maintain concentration and meticulousness to ensure that every product leaving the workshop meets customers' quality requirements. For the urgent order of exhibition gifts from customers, the Production Team optimized the process connection, ensuring efficiency while keeping the workmanship of each product consistent with the sample, which won high recognition from customers upon timely delivery.

The R&D and Design Team focuses on transforming customers' needs into specific product solutions. When customers put forward customization ideas, they will conduct in-depth research on customers' brand culture, activity themes and other information, and combine market trends and process feasibility to design multiple schemes for customers to choose from. In communication with customers, they patiently listen to opinions and continuously optimize design details until customers are satisfied. From the shape of a souvenir integrating regional culture to the structure of a customized gift with special functions, designers repeatedly polish the schemes and consider production feasibility in advance to ensure that the creativity is not only unique but also can be perfectly implemented.

The Sales Team is an important bridge connecting M&Y and customers. They always pay attention to customers' needs and timely provide customers with product information and solutions. In the customer consultation stage, they elaborate on product features, prices, customization scope and other contents to answer customers' questions; in the order follow-up process, they timely feedback production progress, delivery time and other information to customers, allowing customers to keep track of the order dynamics at any time. For special requirements put forward by customers, the Sales Team will actively coordinate internal resources to try their best to provide customers with satisfactory replies. When a customer needed to prepare gifts for customers of different levels, the Sales Team tailored a combination scheme that met the needs and controlled costs.

The Quality Control Team participates in the entire production process of products to ensure product quality. From the inspection of incoming raw materials, to the patrol inspection during production, and then to the final inspection of finished products, the Quality Control Team strictly implements according to standards. They will test the material and performance of raw materials to ensure they meet production requirements; during production, they regularly check the quality of each link, timely discover and solve problems; for finished products, they conduct comprehensive performance tests and appearance inspections, and only qualified products can be delivered to customers. For customized electronic gifts from customers, the Quality Control Team tests the circuit stability of each unit; for toy products, they conduct drop and pull tests to ensure safety, so that every product delivered to customers can stand the test.

The Warehousing and Logistics Team is responsible for the storage and transportation of products to ensure that products can be delivered to customers in a timely and safe manner. They manage the warehouse scientifically, storing products by category and order for easy and quick sorting. Before shipment, the Warehousing and Logistics Team will carefully check the quantity, specifications and other information of products, confirm the receiving address and logistics method with customers, and select the most suitable transportation channel. To ensure that products are not damaged during transportation, they will properly package the products. Whether it is short-distance transportation or long-distance distribution, the Warehousing and Logistics Team tries their best to shorten the transportation time so that customers can receive the products as soon as possible.

The After-Sales Team always focuses on customers and provides them with thoughtful services. After customers receive the products, the After-Sales Team will take the initiative to make return visits to understand the use of the products. If customers encounter problems during use, the After-Sales Team will respond promptly and provide solutions, whether it is product repair, return or exchange, or usage guidance, trying their best to meet customers' needs. Through high-quality after-sales service, customers' trust and satisfaction in M&Y have been enhanced.

The Finance Team ensures the smooth progress of cooperation with a rigorous work attitude. They are responsible for checking accounts with customers, issuing invoices and other work to ensure that every transaction of funds is clear and accurate. Before signing the contract, the Finance Team will carefully calculate the quotation to ensure the rationality of the price; during the cooperation process, they handle customers' payment matters in a timely manner and provide customers with convenient settlement services. Through standardized financial management, it provides a stable financial guarantee for the cooperation between M&Y and customers.

The Human Resources Team provides talent support for the efficient operation of various teams. They are responsible for recruitment, training, performance appraisal and other work, selecting employees with professional skills and a sense of responsibility.
