2.Design & Prototyping

3.Mold Design, Opening & Debugging

For certain crafts and toy products, the molds are designed in-house by our team to meet the creative and technical requirements of each product. The mold opening and debugging are performed by professional mold companies, but the adjustments are carried out strictly according to our specifications or tailored to customer requirements. The ownership of the molds always remains with us, ensuring precision, consistency, and full control over quality and cost, while delivering greater value to our clients.

4.Assembly & Crafting

On the production line, workers strictly follow processes, combining automated systems with manual craftsmanship to ensure solid structures and fine workmanship.

5.In-Process Quality Inspection

At critical stages, we conduct mid-process inspections covering appearance, functionality, and safety, ensuring that defective parts never move forward.

6.Finishing & Detailing

Products undergo surface treatments such as polishing, painting, printing, or coating, achieving refined looks. For souvenirs and gifts, we emphasize cultural detail restoration.

7.Final Quality Control

Finished products are comprehensively tested for dimensions, durability, appearance, and functionality. Any product that does not meet standards is eliminated to guarantee reliability.

8.Packaging & Logistics

Packaging ensures both safety and brand value. We offer customized solutions including branded logos and themed packaging. With efficient warehousing and trusted logistics partners, we guarantee on-time delivery worldwide.
