Welcome to learn about M&Y – an enterprise specializing in the customization and production of Chinese characteristic souvenirs and various gifts. Since its establishment in 2017, we have been rooted in Futian Tianrui Industrial Park, Bao'an, Shenzhen. In our 2,000-square-meter modern factory, 200 experienced employees have formed a complete process from design and sampling to production and quality inspection, always committed to integrating creativity and craftsmanship into every product.

In terms of equipment investment, we have always configured hardware facilities around the goal of "high-quality production", ensuring that each process is supported by reliable equipment. Electric screwdrivers have replaced traditional manual tools, which not only reduces manual fatigue but also ensures uniform screw tightening force; fully automatic glue dispensers control the glue amount and trajectory through programs, making the bonded parts more regular and firm; circuit testers are specially designed for products with electronic components, inspecting the circuit on-off and performance stability one by one to avoid potential safety hazards from the source.

The subsequent packaging process also relies on professional equipment: heat sealing machines quickly seal the inner packaging to prevent moisture intrusion; shrink film packaging machines make the film cling to the product through constant temperature heating, which is both dust-proof and improves the appearance neatness; carton sealers, inkjet printers, and laser coding machines work together, responsible for efficient carton sealing, product information printing, and permanent marking respectively; small UV printers can achieve high-precision pattern printing on the surface of gifts, meeting the needs of personalized customization. The reasonable combination of these equipment enables the production process to maintain flexible adjustment space under the semi-automatic mode while stably outputting high-quality products.

The production and assembly workshop is where workers carry out the final assembly of raw materials. Here, you will see rows of long workbenches, on which various components to be assembled are neatly placed — from small metal hooks and plastic buckles to large wooden bases and fabric covers, all sorted by model and placed in shallow plastic boxes for easy identification. Workers sit in front of the workbenches, holding tools such as screwdrivers and glue brushes, and are operating with focus, their movements quick and precise.

The aisles between the workbenches are not wide, but they are enough for material carts to pass through. Workers responsible for replenishing raw materials push carts to shuttle between them, promptly refilling the used components. Standard operation flowcharts are hung on the racks of the assembly benches, with each step's precautions clearly written in both pictures and texts; every process is assembled and produced in accordance with standards to ensure that the finished products meet customer requirements.

In addition, we have also divided functional areas such as the incoming material area, testing area, and finished product area, making the entire production process more orderly and efficient.

In the incoming material area, various raw materials are stacked by material and batch. Metal parts, fabrics, electronic components, etc., are all attached with detailed quality inspection lists. Before storage, special personnel will check the specifications and quantities to control the quality of raw materials from the source. The testing area is the "checkpoint" before products leave the factory. Staff will use professional instruments to conduct performance tests on the assembled products — such as checking the circuit stability of electronic gifts, testing the drop resistance of toys, and verifying the load-bearing capacity of souvenirs — to ensure that each product meets safety standards and quality requirements.

In the final finished product area, qualified products are sorted and stacked according to orders. The well-packaged boxes are neatly arranged, and each box is labeled with clear customer information, product model, and quantity, waiting to be shipped out in batches according to the logistics plan. The coordinated operation of these functional areas ensures that the entire process from raw material entry to finished product delivery is closely linked, which not only guarantees production efficiency but also provides multiple safeguards for product quality.

Right after the finished product area comes the shipping area. The two areas are closely connected, forming a seamless link from the final inspection and qualification of products to their eventual dispatch. In the shipping area, goods from the finished product area are neatly stacked according to logistics routes and delivery priorities. Each batch of goods is accompanied by a detailed delivery note, clearly indicating the destination, recipient information, and details of the goods.

We have long-term cooperation with multiple mainstream logistics and express companies here. Whether it is short-distance domestic delivery or long-distance cross-border transportation, we can match the most suitable logistics plan according to customer needs. The staff will carefully check the goods information against the logistics documents. After ensuring that the information is correct, they will quickly complete sorting and loading, minimizing the time it takes for the goods to go from the factory to the customers. It is this efficient connection and sound logistics allocation that enable every product to smoothly reach all parts of the country and even around the world, and be delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Next, we arrive at the office area that carries the core of the company's operations. This is the centralized workplace for departments such as sales, R&D and design, and finance. Each functional area is relatively independent yet collaboratively linked, jointly supporting the efficient operation of the enterprise.

The exhibition hall brings together many of our most representative products. Ranging from characteristic souvenirs with strong Chinese cultural elements, to exquisitely designed figurines and toys, and to exclusive gifts customized for various events, the wide array of exhibits are displayed in an orderly manner by category. Each piece exudes unique creativity and texture. We have also set up an interactive display area in the exhibition hall, where every time customers visit, they can touch and feel the materials of the products up close, observe the craftsmanship details carefully, and even get a glimpse of the design manuscripts and sample evolution processes of some customized products.
